Start and how to use scooter

Kick the scooter a few times until you can free wheel, then gently ease the throttle in green on the right.

Riding your scooter

Use cycle lanes where possible. Don’t use footpaths and beware of friendly pedestrians. Your brake is the red button on the left - ease the brake when braking

Taking a brake or taking a break

If you stop for more than 10 minutes the scooter will switch off. Click the continue to ride button in the app to resume.

Parking

Please park correctly – don’t obstruct entrances, footpaths, disabled spaces. If you are taking a break or dropping your scooter back to a designated Brite Station please make sure you lock the unit to a solid structure

Ending your ride

End your ride at one of our dedicated Brite parking zones found in your maps

No Go Zones

Please do not use your scooter in a no go zone otherwise an extra charge will apply
